Hi, I'm Jess - And I Know Exactly How You're Feeling Right Now
You've achieved everything you thought would make you feel successful. The promotion, the recognition, maybe even the corner office (although in my Workplace Change Manager role I wouldn't be advocating for this, but that's another story!). However something is still missing.
You lie awake at 3am replaying conversations, wondering if you said the right thing in that meeting. You craft elaborate explanations for why you got that contract, that promotion, that opportunity - because surely it wasn't just because you're good at what you do, right?
You're exhausted from trying to have it all. The thriving career, the side hustle, the perfect relationship, the social life, the healthy body. You've turned your life into a multi-legged stool, and you're constantly wobbling, trying not to let any of it fall.
I know because I've been exactly where you are.
My Story
In 2020, my body finally said "enough." After years of pressing the override button, ignoring every signal to slow down, I was diagnosed with burnout, depression, and an eating disorder.
Externally, I had the brilliant career everyone admired. Internally, I was drowning.
I'd been taught the same lies we all were: work harder, achieve more, and happiness will follow. I believed that life was a competition I had to face alone, that success came in shiny packages - job titles, expensive handbags, and other people's approval.
But here's what nobody tells you: you can achieve everything on your list and still feel like you're waiting for someone to catch you out.
The universe kept trying to teach me to slow down - through injuries that stopped me from CrossFit, through landing flat on my back in hospital after an IronMan event. I just wasn't a very good student. Until I had no choice but to listen.
What I Discovered About Real Success
Through healing both mind and body, I realised something profound: I didn't believe it was safe to be successful.
Not the external kind of success - I was already there. But the internal kind. The kind where you actually feel as successful as you are. Where you can celebrate wins without waiting for the other shoe to drop. Where you can make decisions without the 3am spiral of second-guessing.
I discovered that sustainable success isn't about having it all - it's about defining what "all" means for YOU. It's about giving yourself permission to succeed on your own terms, not society's.
Why I Do This Work
Because no woman should have to sacrifice her health for her achievements. Because you're not broken - you've just never been given the tools to believe in yourself when it feels like you're swimming upstream.
Because I've seen what happens when brilliant women finally bridge the gap between their external achievements and internal experience. They stop working late to prove they belong. They have difficult conversations they've been avoiding. They back themselves in meetings without prefacing every idea with "this might be stupid, but..."
They transform from surviving to thriving.
My Vision
I believe that women don't need to be changed - they need better tools for a world that keeps changing faster than we can evolve.
You are inherently capable. You always have been. The problem isn't you - it's that we're trying to navigate modern success with outdated strategies, whilst the world demands more from us than ever before.
My mission is simple: to help inherently capable women navigate modern success without burnout - providing the tools and resources they need to thrive in today's demanding world.
My Background
I bring over 14 years of corporate experience across FTSE100 companies including CBRE, Marks & Spencer, and major FinTech organisations. As a Director of change management, I've led transformational change management programmes affecting thousands of employees - from supporting thousands of people workplace and organisational change to implementing workplace transformation strategies. My experience spans multiple industries and includes living and working across three continents, from leading a major FinTech EMEA PMO across Europe to managing major retail transformations in Hong Kong.
I'm a qualified coach, trained through both iDiscover 360 and Co-Active methodologies (2021), with four years of coaching experience. I’m a member of the RICS and I’ve got a Masters in Project Management. This unique combination of strategic business acumen and coaching expertise means I understand both the systemic challenges organisations face and the individual impact on the women navigating them.
Through my coaching programmes, I work with ambitious women who are tired of the exhausting cycle of achievement without satisfaction. I equip them with adaptive tools to achieve sustainable success whilst maintaining their wellbeing in an ever-changing world.
My clients regularly present to C-suite with confidence (something they would have run a mile from previously). They develop authentic leadership skills, deep self-awareness, and most importantly - they transform their relationship with success itself.
This isn't about adding more to your already full plate. This is about finally feeling at peace with everything you've already accomplished, and creating sustainable success moving forward.
Working with Organisations: Creating Resilient, High-Performing Teams
The women reading this page aren't just individuals struggling in isolation - they're your senior leaders, your high-potential talent, your future executives. And right now, many of them are quietly burning out whilst appearing to have it all together.
The organisational cost of success dissonance is significant: decreased engagement, increased turnover of top female talent, and the loss of diverse perspectives in leadership roles. When your most capable women don't feel as successful as they actually are, everyone loses.
I work with organisations to create resilient, high-performing teams by providing employees with the resources to thrive rather than just survive modern workplace demands. Through group coaching programmes and workshops, I help senior women bridge the gap between their external achievements and internal experience - resulting in more confident leaders, better decision-making, and sustainable high performance.
This isn't about teaching women to "lean in" harder - it's about creating environments where they can succeed without sacrificing their wellbeing.
Working With Me
Whether you're an individual stuck in the comparison trap, constantly seeking validation, or simply exhausted from trying to do everything perfectly, I see you. I've been you. And I know the way through.
Or perhaps you're an organisation recognising that your most talented women are struggling with success dissonance, and you want to support them properly.
Because here's what I know for certain: It is safe to be successful. It is safe to be you. And everyone deserves to feel as brilliant as they actually are.
Ready to transform the relationship with success - whether individually or across your organisation? Let's talk about how we can make that happen.
